Register for classes

To register for classes, there are two simple steps.

1. The Form (for new students only)

Download, print and complete the registration form (new students only). Bring it to the first class or come a few minutes early for the first class and fill in the form at the studio.

2. Register by mail, in person or online:

In Person: Come by the studio on Mondays or Thursdays between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Other times are by appointment. Please note that there will be no office hours on June 28 and July 1.

Online Registration: Scroll down to choose the class(es) that you'd like to attend by clicking on "buy now." To register for workshops and special events, go to the workshops page.

You will be taken to the secure PayPal website to finalize your payment. You don't need to have a PayPal account to register online. When you're ready to check-out, you'll be asked to sign into PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay by Visa, Master Card or American Express by clicking on "continue" near the credit card symbol on the left hand side of the page. Your personal information is completely secure at all times. Please note, discounted classes (seniors/students - see below for details, and multiple classes - 10% off two or more classes) can not be purchased online.

Gentle Hatha Yoga
Tuesdays from July 13 - August 24 (6 weeks - no class on August 10), 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. (All levels)

Restorative Yoga
Thursdays from July 15 - August 26 (6 weeks - no class on August 12), 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. (All levels)

Gentle Hatha Yoga - this class has been combined with the 7pm Intermediate class.

Intermediate Hatha Yoga (combined with gentle class)

Hatha Yoga (all levels)
Fridays from July 16 - August 27 (6 weeks - no class on August 13),
7:00 - 8:00 a.m. (All levels)

Please note, if you miss a class, you can make it up during the same session at any of the above classes. Students registered in the class get priority when the class is full. Classes are not transferrable.

Registered students can take extra classes at a cost of $13 (1 hour 15 min.) and $14 (1 and a half hours) classes in Norwood and $15 in Peterborough.

Want to try a class before you commit? No problem. Your first class is $13 in Norwood, $15 in Peterborough. If you decide to join after that, you only pay for the classes that remain in the session. This option is only available if there is space in the class.
