Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series Classes

Being led through the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga is a great way to become familiar with the flow of the series. In May and June, I will be offering led classes on Saturday mornings in Peterborough from 8:00 - 10:30 a.m. on the following days:

May 2, May 9, May 16, June 6 and June 13

You do not have to attend all of the classes, but you must register in advance for the classes that you will attend. Space is very limited, so register early to avoid disappointment.

Cost: $20/class, $90 for all 5 classes
